Will this hurt my credit score?

Requesting a copy of one's own credit score will not impact your credit in anyway – this is information that you are entitled to. However, it is important to understand that there are 2 different types of credit inquiries. Soft inquiries, which do not affect your credit score (this includes requesting your own score, a lender checking your report before offering a line of pre-approved credit, and when a current lender decides to review your existing account).
